General Statement

Adjunct instructors teach courses within a specific discipline to a diverse student population on our main campus in Worcester and/or at additional satellite locations within our service area (i.e., Senior Center, Downtown, and area high schools). Courses may be assigned for days, evenings, or weekends, and responsibilities include instructional preparation, assessment of student performance, and assistance to students. Adjunct faculty will attend a limited number of faculty meetings.

The Interactive Media Digital Design program seeks to hire adjunct instructors for the pool to teach courses in digital media (including courses in graphic design, digital design concepts, digital imaging and media, digital illustration and animation, photography, video, UIUX design, typography, publication design and motion graphics).

Job Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 5+ years of industry experience in the field of interactive media
  • Proficiency in Adobe CC Products



Preferred Qualifications

  • Masters in related field
  • College teaching experience, especially at community college level, preferred.
  • 7+ years of industry experience in the field of interactive media
  • Mastery of Adobe CC Products
