General Statement

Instructors will teach course(s) within a specific discipline to a diverse student population at our Downtown Worcester campus nursing simulation/skills labs and clinical sites in our service area. Responsibilities will include instructional preparation, assessment of student performance and assistance to students.

Job Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications

  • Hold a current Massachusetts Registered Nurse License in good standing,
  • Possess a Master's Degree in Nursing.
  • Possess a minimum of two years of medical-surgical OR medical-surgical/skilled/long term care nursing experience OR its equivalent within the last five years with demonstrated clinical competence in the area of clinical instruction and evidence of maintenance of expertise appropriate to the teaching responsibilities.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Nursing preferred, Teaching/training experience. Demonstrated commitment to promoting diversity in the curriculum as appropriate.
