			We are seeking a qualified candidate for the Spring 2026 term. The incumbent teaches graduate Education courses, conducts research and contributes to outreach.  Knowledge Skills and Abilities 
In-depth knowledge of CAEP, ISTE, NBPTS and other SPA StandardsComprehensive understanding of curriculum theory, design, and implementationDemonstrated integrityExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skillsStrong time management skillsPassion for teaching and engaging with studentsSkilled in mentoring studentsAbility to work well with colleagues and foster a collegial environment conducive to teamwork and students’ high level of learning Essential Job Functions 
Conducts a requisite number of classesDevelop and deliver engaging, research-based instruction in assigned subject areasProvides guidance and supervision to students including, but not limited to maintaining regular communication with studentsCreates and maintains an environment conducive to excellence in teaching, learning and researchPreparation and formulation of curricula focused on his/her subject(s)Participates in departmental meetings and holds scheduled office hoursProvides academic support to other faculty membersServes on departmental and University committees, as assignedOther related duties, as assigned Qualifications 
Doctor of Philosophy in Education or related fieldFive (5) years of teaching or education leadership experience in K-12 or higher education, with a focus on curriculum development, instructional design, and teacher leadership.
